This is the Bloom installation by Anna Schuleit.  See her image below:

She transformed the abandoned Massachusetts Mental Health Center with 28,000 flowers of varying species.  Schuleit said, “”The last thing I want to do is make mental patients feel violated for having suffered from an uncontrollable illness.”
