For some reason, I’ve missed this every year so far.
Not this year. Not this year.
A finished assignment. I spent endless hours sewing lifesize animals out of black rubbish bags and anchored them in various locations around the Wellington waterfront. As the tide came in they inflated from the natural force. At first appearing as simply pieces of rubbish, observers viewed the piles of rubbish growing and taking form. The concept was to create a situation where pedestrians take closer notice of garbage on the street instead of blankly ignoring it. Inspired by the works of Joshua Allen Harris, Ceal Floyer and Duchamp.
All I ever want to do after taking a shower is lie down naked on my bed, stare at the ceiling, and listen to guitars.
Too bad my hair is so wet, and I have places to go.
I told him: “I love the detail in your hands and the detail in your face. How can we feature both?”
Then he did this.
Omg.
I can’t stop watching this.
I’m just going to let this happen. I don’t know what else to do.
Yesterday brought a pleasant development.
I never fell in love with you.
I fell in love alone.
